At Mestiza Filipina, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our modern Filipiniana and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the garment and place it in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and heritage labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the item for quality, we will process your refund or ship your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
